Elections:
Review Positions
Read the responsibilities and expectations for each position before deciding to run.
Select Position
Choose the role you want to run for on the form.
Prepare Your Pitch
Create a 5-minute pitch answering the position’s prompt, sharing your ideas, vision, and why you’re a strong fit by April 20.
Pitch at Election Event
Present in person at April 20th, 4:00 PM in Temple 2211. If you cannot attend, submit a recorded pitch.
Election Voting
Eligible members vote during the event. Winners are announced shortly after.

Complete the form by April 20.
Prepare for an Interview
We’ll discuss things like creative thinking, design interests, leadership style, what you want to do after school, and any past work. Interviews will be scheduled the week of April 20th.
Selection
Applicants will be selected by the Faculty Advisor and current Art Director on May 1st, 2026.

Who can run?
Any active Ad Club member who meets the role’s expectations.
Who can vote?
Any active dues-paying who attends The Election Event.
Do I have to present in person?
In-person is preferred, but recorded pitches are allowed.
What happens if I win?
You commit to fulfilling the responsibilities of your position for the term.
Design Team Selection?
Because these roles require a high level of leadership and commitment, an Art Director + up to 3 Designers are chosen through an application & interview process, not elections.
