• Manages stoles for seniors

• Maintains documentation and operational guidelines

• Ensures alignment with club goals and direction

Vice President

• Leading the day-to-day executive board operations

• Supporting the board and club strategy

• Assists in communications and logistics 

• Coordinates room bookings for events 

Treasurer

• Assisting in event planning

• Develops budgets

• Tracks expenses

• Oversees fundraising

PR Coordinator

• Assists in communications, logistics, and club morale

• Manages RamsConnect

• Responsible for writing and sending a weekly update to the club GroupMe to update the club on what’s happening 

• Involved in event set up and assistance

Art Director

• Responsible for communicating with the designers about projects, deadlines and managing a design calendar. 

• Approves final designs before publication, ensuring brand consistency

Designer

• Following the design tracker and Art Director, designers create the visual representation of the club, always staying on brand and on deadline. 

• Responsible for making any and all visual pieces for the club.

Copywriter

• Writes captions for posts, events, and our website

Social Media Team

• Responsible for posting on the instagram on deadline with the caption written by the copywriter

• Make rough drafts of social content so that the design team can execute them

• Ensure social messaging reflects diversity, equity, and inclusion

• Research trends to guide engaging posts

• Take photos at events for archives and post on the story in real time

Production Team

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for our instagram

• Collaborates with Social Media Team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling

• Maintains a library of video content for club use and promotion

• Support recording of events like Robertson Rush or when necessary
