The Advertising Club at VCU has always been a space that sparked careers, friendships, inspiration, and growth. Year after year, we evolve. We keep what works, learn from what doesn’t, and use every experience to elevate the wellbeing, community, and connection among our members, executive board, faculty, panelists, and beyond.

With most of our incredible executive board graduating in Spring 2025, we’re at a thrilling turning point: a chance to reimagine, refresh, and reignite the Ad Club experience. Thanks to the foundation laid by past leadership, we’re not starting from scratch — we’re building on a legacy. And what comes next? That’s where the magic begins. Below you’ll find a list of what to expect from Ad Club during the 2025-2026 school year.

Think of the website as your launchpad into all things Ad Club, now with streamlined navigation and clearer copy. Together with our Instagram, it’ll serve as a go-to hub for information. According to color theory, blue represents trust. You can trust that Ad Club is showing up with purpose, passion, and intention for every one of our members.

This year, we’re embracing a bold new blue while keeping our iconic “AD” logo front and center, now energized by a refreshed color palette and accompanying typefaces. Our signature collage-style social posts aren’t going anywhere, but they are evolving. The Design team is ready to push creative boundaries, blending our beloved paper textures, halftones, and evocative imagery in new, exciting ways.

We’ve made it easier than ever to see exactly what you get when you become a dues-paying member — from exclusive access to panels, workshops, networking opportunities, and more.

You can pay per semester, or get a special discounted rate when you pay for the full year up front. And the best part? Everyone’s welcome at Ad Club!
